Group Courses

  • Full Session (Semi Private)

    In this course, you will train with guidance in a small group (55min, 6 participants at most) on the traditional Equipment in the entire studio.

    The mat, the reformer, and the tower are all part of the full session. You will experience a comprehensive and versatile training session using various equipment.

    The class takes place with a minimum of 3 participants.

    This session is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students.

  • Reformer (Semi Private)

    In this course, you will train with guidance in a small group (55min, 6 participants at most) on the traditional Pilates Reformer.

    The perfect opportunity to get more individual corrections due to the small number of participants.

    The class takes place with a minimum of 3 participants.

    This session is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students.

  • Tower (Semi Private)

    In a very small group with a maximum of five other participants, you will train on the Wall Unit, also called Tower. A precise and energizing total body workout will be conducted, led, or guided through the resistance of springs.

    The class takes place with a minimum of 3 participants.

    This session is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students.

  • Studio Mat

    55-minute workout with a maximum of 8 partakers at different levels of ability on High Mats (extra padded) and small equipment such as Small Barrels and Magic Circles.
